FAQ's

  • How do I book?
    FBE’s Providers will help you find your perfect treatment and skin care routine. We’ll never suggest a treatment or recommend a product that you don’t need. Less is more in our opinion. First decide what location you want to come to either Portland or Hood River. You then have the option to book online with us or call or text us and we will help you with finding the correct appointment that suits your needs.
  • How can I prepare for my visit?
    Get ready! Whether you’re coming straight from a workout or are dressed in your best work attire, because you finally get to leave the house, we welcome you with open arms. FBE tries to provide a calming, yet fun atmosphere so you can look forward to each one of your visits. The following are a few tips to help you achieve best results. Refrain from alcohol consumption, avoid NSAID’S , drink plenty of water, eat a snack prior and review FBE’s pre-procedure guidelines for the treatment you are receiving. We can’t wait to meet you.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    To avoid getting charged a late notice cancellation fee, notify us at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. For Monday appointments, we ask that you cancel or reschedule by Saturday of the week prior. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we will do our best to see you, but you may be asked to reschedule.
  • Do we take insurance or Care Credit?
    No, we do not accept insurance or Care Credit.
  • Are we an Alle provider/Aspire provider?
    Yes, we providers of both. If you are not a member, we will help sign you up. It’s complimentary, can be used nation wide and can potentially save you at least $20 each time you get a treatment performed.
  • Do we offer gift cards?
    Yes, you can purchase online an e-card, or you can come in for a physical gift card.
  • Do FBE gift cards expire?
    Yes, you have up to a year from the date of purchase to use the gift card.
  • Does FBE have a referral program?
    We do. Referring your friends or family to FBE is truly the best compliment we could ask for. If you’re a patient and you refer a friend to one of our two locations (and they list you as their referral), we’ll give you a $25 referral credit on your account to be used on your next treatment or it can be used for skincare at FBE- you choose. The referral credit has to be used within the year and can only be used one at a time.
  • Do we accept returns?
    We’re sorry you didn’t love your FBE products. We only accept returns if they are unopened and returned within a week.
